It's that time of year that you start to think of others and how they don't have everything that they need or want for the holidays and you begin to remember the things that you do have and have neglected to be greatful for them during the last year. I encourage all of you to be more aware of the things that you do have and not focus on things that you don't have during this holiday season. There are so many things to be greatful for, even if you don't have as much as others.

Things I am greatful for:
1. May wonderful husband, Even though I get fed up with him from time to time, he is still the man that I want to be with and that I love. I know that he loves me even though to me it feels like he neglects me from time to time. I sometimes forget that I am lucky to have someone who loves me for me.

2. My beautiful daughter. Where whould I be without her? She has been such a blessing in my life. She is so cute and eager to please but yet has such a hard head just like her parents. I couldn't ask for more.

3. My family, They are there for me through thick and thin. I can always turn to them for anything I need and no matter how long it's been sence we've seen one another we still greet them with open arms.

4. My Grandpa. He has done so much for me and my family. He truly is my Hero. I wish I could be half the person he is. He is so willing to help and never judgemental. but he does not let you walk all over him either. He's such an awesome man!

5. My Friends. I have been blessed with some truly amaizing friends. no matter what is going on in my life they are right there with me, so support me or to push me in. what ever it is that I need. I have been one of the lucky ones who has keept in contact with all of my good friends somehow and they all stay in contact with me. I really would not be the person I am today without my friends in my life! I love you guys!

6. My job. I never knew a world outside of walmart...... I was there for 8 years and was starting to think that I would be there for the rest of my life. I am so greatful that I found a job that works with my schedule with my family and lets me feel like my family really does come first and it's ok to go spend time with them if I need to. Family can be together for the holidays and mommy does not have to go to work . I'm so happy that I have my job. I have also me some truly amaizing people there that I hope will continue to be in my life as friends for the rest of my life.

7. My home. I am so greatful I have somewhere for my family to be that is out of the cold and the weather. We have a nice warm house and food on the table.. Some familys don't have that. I am very greatful for that.

8. My health, I am a very healthy person and I should be thankful for that all the time. My health is something I take for grantid but I should always remember that I am VERY lucky to have my health.

9. My knowledge of the Church and what it stands for. The way I was raised to know that there is a God, and he loves us and we can live with him again. To know right from wrong and to have the positive ifluences in my life that I have. they are something I need and want in my life.

10. My talents that I have. Although sometimes I feel like I am not good at anything I realise that I have been blessed with some things that lots of kids have never had. I was raised where I was put in Dance classes and Piano and Voice lessons. I am greatful that my Grandmother made me sit down and practice my songs instead of just letting me quit so I could go play with the neighbor kids.

11. My Grandma. She spent so much time with us as kids when my mom was working. She was so good about making sure we were where we needed to be and would take us to piano, dance, scouts, the pool where ever it was we needed to go. She was so good to us and I'm very greatful she spent the time with us so we could get to know her. I know some people don't get to see their grandparents all the time like I did.

It's so easy to see what we don't have it's nice to remember all we do have. There were some things in there that even I hadn't thought about.

I love that you blogged about the things you're grateful for. I agree with you on the taking for granted comment. We are so blessed to have the many wonderful things in our life that we enjoy.
